A while ago, my son got in a pretty bad car accident, and we were confused on what to do. We consulted the agency, and they were able to steer us and lead us through the whole process. Very lucky to have them as our backs! Would recommend highly!

I came in today with my husband hoping to add him to my family’s policy under Farmers Insurance (which was very successfully done, thanks to Phil in Vans office). Not only were we able to get the best care and coverage thanks to him for our car insurance, but he was also able to help us with very helpful information on where things could be improved. We’ve been Vans loyal customer and will always remain so. Each time we come by their office we are greeted with the warmest welcome, especially from Van and Phil. They know what they’re doing and actually sincerely care about their customers. I love Van Gordon’s office the most, because they always come with the best care packages! There are so many Farmers Insurance agents in Southern California that it was hard to decide who to go with. Well I found Van Gordon and I am so glad I did. My previous agent was extremely far away and absolutely unresponsive to my calls and emails which was very frustrating.
With Van and her team it’s the exact opposite. She is always very easy to reach and communicate with. She is very pleasant and professional and she makes me feel like i’m a very important client. I feel like she really cares and she gets things done, she gets them done right and quickly.
I highly recommend using Van Gordan and her team for all of your insurance needs!!!! I would give 10 stars if they were available.

Happy clients!!! Professional and responsive. My family has auto and life policies with Van’s agency and so happy that we switched! She fully explained the life policies thoroughly and made sure we got the right coverage and benefits. The staff try the best to assist every time we have concerns or questions. The office is very cute with so MUCH flowers! (I flowers!) It feels really nice and welcomed. You guys should visit the office to see what I talk about!

I was trying to add my younger brother to my auto policy but it was too difficult and expensive with Allstate. Then, I found Van and got to know Farmers Insurance. She helped me and my brother solve the problem. My brother and I are now on the same account with very good price. I’ve switched to Farmers and worked with Van couple times. She’s friendly, knowledgable and most of all dedicate to her job. Also, she’s fluent both English and Vietnamese. I would totally recommend her if you are shopping for your auto insurance.
